When magic takes flight, there’s no stopping what surprises may occur! As Kayla turned 16, her “Frozen” birthday festivities captured elements to make it a memorable event for all.
Ten Four Paper designed some “Sweet” invitations, including a lollipop which drew in guests for the Frozen celebration.
It wouldn’t be a Frozen party without snow and ice! Ice Visions carefully chiseled ice sculptures personalized with “Kayla” and “Sweet 16″, which made the Frozen magic come to life.
Ice blue and snow white decorations filled the room, as guests walked down the red carpet to a whimsical winter wonderland filled with snowflakes and snow-drizzled branches.
Kayla asked her guests to bring 16 canned goods in lieu of gifts which were donated to a local charity after the event. Parties and Props custom-built this sleigh to store the canned goods.
Premier Rentals ghost chairs resembled blocks of ice which complemented “wintery” ambiance.
Whimsical details surprised the guests throughout the room and channelled everyone’s inner child.
Fish Eye Fun not only provided a great photo station but also personalized the backdrop for Kayla’s party.
The guest enjoyed some of Kayla’s favorite foods by Ces & Judy’s Catering! Burgers, fries and chicken fingers made up the buffet style dinner.
It wouldn’t have been a Sweet 16 without enjoying some of Kayla’s favorite sweets before blowing out her candles on one of her personalized cakes from McArthur’s Bakery!
But the magical night was not coming to an end yet. Surprise! Big Sean made his debut to the birthday girl! Kayla’s face lit up and couldn’t be happier or more surprised!
All of her guests went crazy, as Big Sean and Kayla stood on the stage, giving them a performance of a lifetime.
After having their fill of an amazing concert, Kayla and her guests were ready for more! For a late night snack, the guest were able to enjoy roasting their own s’mores by the indoor fire pit.
At this point in the night, the birthday girl made a wardrobe change to a fun party dress that was fit for the Ice Queen herself!
Everyone found their way to the dance floor and danced the night away!
Their energy was infectious and it was all due to all the different breathtaking elements and vendors that made this party out of this world! We will never be able to let this party go!
