We are so excited to finally post about Kristen & David’s amazing wedding. Our timing (while a bit late) couldn’t be better to celebrate this fun bride and groom as they welcomed a their baby boy, Jack last month! These cute parents were married on August 23, 2014 at the Annunziata Catholic Church in Ladue. It was a warm day, but also a perfect day.
Kristen and her bridesmaids spent the morning relaxing and getting ready at her parent’s home before heading to the church. The ladies shared a celebratory toast to the bride!
As guests arrived to the reception at the MAC Downtown they were greeted by a large gold frame dripping in greenery and escort cards showing them to their seats. The ultimate reveal came as guests entered the romantic ballroom filled with luxe linens and lush centerpieces.
Many details made this event special. The ice sculptures were a tribute to the bride and groom’s alma maters. Custom die cut menus tucked perfectly under each napkin spotlighting Kristen & David’s elegant monogram created by Cheree Berry Paper. Kristen surprised David with a Mizzou stadium made out of cake balls from Jilly’s Cupcake Bar. Soon guests were serenaded by a classic Elvis impersonator who closed out the night on the dance floor before the couple was sent off for the evening in their classic car.
Cheers to this beautiful couple as they expand their new family!
