Elegant, refined and fun – those are only a few of the great adjectives that describe this lovely couple. After a few years of dating Randy proposed to Lindsey under the glowing Botanical Garden’s Christmas lights in Atlanta, Georgia.
Wedding day jitters seemed far from this house as the bride prepared calmly for her big day.
Family and friends were invited to witness this love story unfold on October 12th at a beautiful historic church in downtown Saint Louis, Christ Church Cathedral at five in the evening.
The newlyweds were all smiles as they took their first steps together as husband and wife out of the church and past their guests.
All of the breathtaking moments surrounded by beautiful architecture were captured by Josephine Havlak Photography.
Guests were invited to the newly renovated Old Post Office where this vintage and glamorous reception would be held.
The rooms were filled with royal colors and textures accented with gold and ivory. Lush floral arrangements created by Wildflowers were beautifully enhanced the hues of lavender up-lighting throughout the reception creating a truly awe-inspiring environment for the guests. The production elements of this stunning event were designed by the creative geniuses at Evntiv.
Touching yet humorous toast was presented by father of the bride, Mr. David Farr to his lovely daughter and her new husband.
The event continued on the mid-level of the venue where guests were able to look down upon the cake cutting as the bride and groom led the way to the dance floor on the lower level.
Even their first dance was picture perfect as Randy twirled Lindsey around the dance floor.
Soon after everyone joined in dancing on the custom lit dance floor to the sound of Galaxy RED.
Many personal touches were carried through the wedding design. Before her own wedding day, the bride baked her great grandmother’s famous mini pecan pie as a wedding favor. You can find this recipe as well as many others at her personal blog: American Heritage Cooking
The night wouldn’t have been complete without a sparkler exit of family and friends wishing them well in their journey together.
The last documented kiss of this beautiful day as the couple drove away in a vintage Bentley.
We wish Randy and Lindsey a lifetime of happiness!
