Allie & Michael’s sweet fairytale began on the campus of Mizzou where they met, fell in love, and years later were engaged to be married to each other surrounded by their family and friends.

After Allie and her bridesmaids relished in the fun of getting ready, the wedding party was escorted to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in a Limo Bus from Best Transportation.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the room when Allie walked down the aisle holding her beautiful bouquet designed by Sisters Flowers while the ceremony musicians, Brass Quintet, played for the procession.

Megan Thiele Photography made sure to capture the quintessential moments of the day by taking the wedding party around the most beautiful autumnal scenes in Columbia, Missouri.

When guest’s arrived at Kimball Ballroom, they were immersed into a magical reception found only in the fairytales. The venue was lined in crystals and romantic sheer fabric from ceiling to floor, and mirrored table numbers reflected the warming glow of votive candles.

Decadent Oh Sheila! Chocolates favors accented the tables next to beautiful blush roses. “Bride” & “Groom” signs and the escort cards designed by The Artist’s Hand, complemented the ballroom with elegance.

Exclusive Events Inc. brought in the wonderland of decor items by providing the lighting, fabric, and lounges. The Aries Company handled all of the rental items and logistics of rental deliveries while BBJ Linen covered the tables with a sophisticated “Gold Empress” fabric and Ivory Shantung napkins.

After the wedding party was introduced for the first time as Mr. & Mrs. Michael Egnew, they cut the elegant, five-layer cake designed and created by Edith Hall Cakes.

The dinner service was ready to begin with a three-course meal ending with wedding cake and a lovely late night dessert of a cookies and milk bar. Dinner service provided by Fresh Ideas Catering.

After the joyful toasts had been made, “I Can’t Help Falling in Love With You” filled the room as Allie & Michael shared their first dance. The guests continued to dance the night away with the music of the band/DJ mix, GalaxyRed.

The real joy and beauty in the end came from a beautiful couple, in love with each other and together with their families to create a union that we will never forget. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!
